Company update – Higher Rights for James Rooney

We are pleased to report that our James Rooney has recently qualified as a Solicitor Advocate with higher rights of audience in the civil Courts.

This means that James can now appear before all Civil Courts in the land (as opposed to being limited to the County Court). For the firm this is brilliant news, as it allows us to offer our clients a cost efficient ‘one-stop-shop’ service, with the option of all advocacy being dealt with in house.

Whilst this does not mean we will stop relying on the truly exceptional services of James Frampton and his colleagues at Keating Chambers where appropriate, we shall certainly be looking to our James when it comes to adjudication enforcement, interim applications, and case management hearings.
