At the core of our team is Chris, who started his working life on-site as a carpenter, before moving into contract management with his family’s building firm. Today, as a practicing Mediator, Adjudicator and Solicitor, you won’t always see Chris on site, however his connections in the industry and his experience provide him with a unique insight in his legal work, which clients truly appreciate.

James Rooney
James advises employers, consultants, and contractors on all aspects of construction disputes, with experience in cases over a broad range, from the Small Claims Court to the Court of Appeal.
James also has experience in contentious property, which enables him to provide additional insight into his construction work, and to better meet his clients’ wider requirements.
James recognises that there is a win to be had in every case, and whether that is settlement on favourable terms or judgment in the Courts, he works hard for his clients to identify it promptly, and to set about securing it.

Kevin Cole
Kevin is responsible for the firm’s financial and practice management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial stewardship. It is not all spreadsheets and paperclips, as he provides support for all our teams and is always happy to be involved in providing the best service possible for clients.
He is committed to making improvements in working practices so that better value is provided for all stakeholders. It is any accountant’s dream to have a paperless office and, to the credit of all the team at Reeves James Limited, this has proved a reality to the benefit of firm and client alike.
Kevin brings a wealth of experience after working for many years in legal practices, and before then in financial management roles for a variety of industries and in the public sector. Kevin is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
Heleena Reeves
As Client Services Manager, Heleena oversees the smooth running of our office and administration team. Heleena is the first point of contact for client enquiries and oversee client files to ensure clients receive a first class service and to make sure our internal compliance policies and procedures are followed.
Natasha Welch
In her role as Client Services Assistant, Natasha liaises with clients throughout their matter regarding all administrative aspects of their case, from start to finish, providing them with excellent customer service. Natasha also assists the finance team dealing with the firm’s invoicing and credit control.
