Today, as a practicing Mediator, Adjudicator and Solicitor, you won’t always see Chris on site, however his connections in the industry and his experience provide him with a unique insight in his legal work, which clients truly appreciate.

Finance Manager

Kevin is responsible for the firm’s financial and practice management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial stewardship. It is not all spreadsheets and paperclips, as he provides support for all our teams and is always happy to be involved in providing the best service possible for clients.

He is committed to making improvements in working practices so that better value is provided for all stakeholders. It is any accountant’s dream to have a paperless office and, to the credit of all the team at Reeves James Limited, this has proved a reality to the benefit of firm and client alike.

Kevin brings a wealth of experience after working for many years in legal practices, and before then in financial management roles for a variety of industries and in the public sector. Kevin is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

As Client Services Manager, Heleena oversees the smooth running of our office and administration team.

Heleena is the first point of contact for client enquiries and oversee client files to ensure clients receive a first class service and to make sure our internal compliance policies and procedures are followed.

Natasha Welch

Natasha Welch

Client Services Assistant

In her role as Client Services Assistant, Natasha liaises with clients throughout their matter regarding all administrative aspects of their case, from start to finish, providing them with excellent customer service.

Natasha also assists the finance team dealing with the firm’s invoicing and credit control.

Ella Lakins

Ella Lakins

Solicitor Apprentice

After recently graduating with a Law degree from the University of Portsmouth, Ella is training to be a qualified Solicitor through a Solicitor Apprenticeship, supported by Nottingham Trent University.

As part of her training, Ella will be developing her knowledge on Construction law to enable her to fully support our clients with legal advice.

Ella is a keen singer and home baker. She also enjoys travelling and has recently taken on a new task of training and walking her newly acquired Cavapoochon puppy called Woody.

Lola Wilkinson

Lola Wilkinson

Solicitor Apprentice

Lola has recently completed her A Levels at the Thomas Hardye Sixth Form and has now joined us for a 6-year Apprenticeship. This programme is provided by Nottingham Trent University which will enable Lola to gain a LLB in Law as well as qualify as a Solicitor.

This route into the profession will allow Lola to gain real working knowledge at Reeves James whilst studying for her degree.

Lola enjoys going for meals out and about with her family, as well as beach walks.

Andy Gamble

Andy Gamble

Business Development

Upon leaving school, Andy entered the construction industry in its supply chain as a management trainee for a large national chain.

After the role of Sales & Operations Director of South West based Bradfords Building Supplies, Andy joined RGB Building Supplies, overseeing organic growth and acquisitions to 25+ branches and 370+ employees.

Andy’s 40+ years of work experience has taken in not just Builder’s Merchanting, but also included amongst others, the product categories of Plumbing & Heating, Tool Hire, Kitchens, Bathrooms and Timber Manufacturing (roof trusses and timber floor beams) which gives him the essential sector knowledge to support Reeves James in business development.

In his spare time, Andy enjoys ‘me and family’ time, cycling, walking and DIY.
